How to Cook Salted Egg Yolk Crabs:
Heat up wok/pan over big fire add 40g of olive oil (for 2 pax)
Once oil is hot, throw in the curry leaves and fry for 30 sec
Next throw in the diced garlic & chili padi and continue frying on medium heat for 20 sec
Add in the butter and stir butter till it melts
Add in Evaporated milk and French cream, cook for another 5 min
Now add in the Salted Egg Yolk and continue stirring till egg yolk has dissolved in the cream
Now add in your Crabs and continue cooking till your crabs turn red..it should take around 15 min on medium high heat
Once your crabs turn red, it is ready.
